Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern your use of TalentMovers, operated by TalentMovers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use TalentMovers. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The service

TalentMovers lets you build a resume by uploading an existing one or starting from scratch, apply AI-assisted extraction and rewrite suggestions, run ATS score checks, choose from a set of templates, and export the result as PDF or DOCX. Some features (AI rewrite suggestions, downloading) require an active paid plan, see Plans & Pricing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your content

You own the resume content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render it solely to provide the service to you (e.g. running AI suggestions, generating your PDF/DOCX). You're responsible for making sure what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use it. Don't upload anyone else's personal information without their consent.

AI-generated content

AI rewrite and extraction suggestions are generated from the information you provide. The AI doesn't invent jobs, dates, employers, or metrics you didn't give it. Even so, AI output can contain mistakes. Review every suggestion before you rely on it or send your resume to an employer; you're responsible for the final content of your resume.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout, in INR, inclusive of GST, and processed by Razorpay, we never see or store your card/UPI details. Every successful payment gets a real GST invoice with a sequential invoice number, available from your Transactions page. Recurring plans renew automatically each period unless cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your access until the current period ends.

Refunds

Refunds aren't automatic. Email career@talentmovers.in with your invoice number and reason, we review every request individually and, if approved, refund it to your original payment method through Razorpay. See Support & Payments for details.

Acceptable use

• No fraud, impersonation, or submitting others' personal data without consent.
• No attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt the service (scraping, abuse of rate limits, exploiting bugs).
• No reselling or reproducing the templates or AI output as a competing product.
• No uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content (e.g. files carrying malware).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime, email career@talentmovers.in from your account's address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing history, liability limits) continue to apply.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any resume built with TalentMovers will result in an interview, offer, or job, or that a given template will pass every applicant tracking system. To the extent permitted by law, TalentMovers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where TalentMovers Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
